End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance
By installing or using the IBM Cloud Code Engine Vercel Integration (“the Integration”), you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Integration.
2. License
This project is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Integration, subject to the conditions of the MIT License.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Use the Integration for unlawful purposes
- Remove or obscure copyright or license notices included in the source
4. Data
The Integration processes deployment event data sent by Vercel webhooks, including repository metadata and deployment identifiers. No personal data beyond what Vercel provides in webhook payloads is collected or stored beyond what is needed to complete deployments.
5. No Warranty
The Integration is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Integration, including deployment failures or data loss.
7. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms.
